Refund Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Still subscriptions and other paid services (“Paid Services”) offered by Aito Ventures Pte Ltd (“Still,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via our website (stillbible.app), the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.
If you have any questions about this Policy or need help with a refund, contact us at support@stillbible.app.
1. General
1.1. Refunds are handled through the platform where your subscription was purchased:
- Website (stillbible.app) — purchases are processed by our payment partner and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Refunds for web purchases are handled by Paddle.
- Apple App Store — refunds are requested from and decided by Apple.
- Google Play Store — refunds are requested from and decided by Google.
1.2. For purchases made on our website, you can request a full refund within 14 days. This 14-day window applies to your initial subscription payment and to each subscription renewal payment, calculated from the date of the payment concerned. Where a subscription starts with a free trial, the window runs from the first payment taken after the trial ends.
1.3. Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access to Paid Services until the end of the current billing period. See section 6.
2. Statutory Rights
For website purchases, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and administers the statutory withdrawal and refund rights that apply in your country, in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy. Where the law of your country grants you rights that go beyond the 14-day refund described above, those rights also apply.
3. How to Request a Refund (Website Purchases via Paddle)
To request a refund for a website purchase, use Paddle’s self-service lookup:
- Go to paddle.net
- Select Look up my purchase
- Enter the email address you used to subscribe
- Paddle will locate your purchase and send you a verification email
- Verify your email and submit your request
Paddle will confirm the outcome and next steps. You can also contact us at support@stillbible.app and we will help.
4. How to Request a Refund (App Store Purchases)
Apple App Store
- Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Tap or click “I’d like to”, then select “Request a refund”
- Choose the reason for your refund request, then select Next
- Select the Still subscription, then choose Submit
Refund decisions for App Store purchases are made by Apple, not by us, in accordance with Apple’s policies.
Google Play Store
- Go to play.google.com
- Click your profile icon, then select Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history
- Find the Still order you’d like refunded and select Request a refund
- Complete the form
Refund decisions for Google Play purchases are made by Google, not by us, in accordance with Google’s policies.
5. Duplicate Charges
If you see more than one charge, the most common cause is duplicate subscriptions — for example, subscribing on the website and in the app, or using multiple accounts (including Apple’s “Hide My Email” addresses). Website charges typically appear on your statement as “PADDLE.NET* …”.
If you believe you have been charged twice, contact us at support@stillbible.app and we will help identify the duplicate subscription and get it refunded through the correct platform (Paddle, Apple, or Google).
6. Cancelling Your Subscription
- Website purchases: cancel via the link in your Paddle order confirmation email, via the Paddle customer portal, or by emailing support@stillbible.app. Cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Apple: on your device, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, select Still, and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select Still, and tap Cancel subscription.
After cancellation you keep access to Paid Services until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7. Free Trials
Some subscriptions include a free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and the first payment is taken at the end of the trial. The 14-day refund described in section 1 applies to that first payment.
8. Processing Times
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval, and typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank and payment method. Refunds for app store purchases are processed by Apple or Google on their own timelines.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us or use Paddle’s refund lookup first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a bank chargeback usually takes longer to resolve than a direct refund request.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes do not affect statutory rights or purchases made before the change.
